MANAGEMENT, AND
INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE PALOS VERDES DRIVE NORTH AT
DAPPLEGRAY SCHOOL PROJECT

Recommendation: That the City Council approve Task Order 2026-16 amendment
to Task Order Dated August 25, 2020, under Willdan’s Engineering’s Master
Professional Services Agreement, increasing the not-to-exceed amount from
$250,492 by $37,216.25 for a total of $287,708.25 for construction management
and inspection services, all to the satisfaction of the City Attorney.
