Recommendation: 1) Award Amendment No. 7 to the Professional Services
Agreement (PSA) with Michael Baker International, Inc. for Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) administration services in the amount of
$15,000 to ratify the services provided in FY 2024-25 and in the amount of
$67,225 for FY 2025-26, thereby changing the PSA amount from $226,546 to
$308,771 and extending the services to June 30, 2026; and, 2) Authorize the
Mayor to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.

amending the hourly rates for legal services effective July 1, 2025, with annual
adjustments based on the CPI-U for the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim by
the annual CPI-U or four percent (4%), whichever is less, for the preceding
twelve month period measured March to March; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City
Attorney.
