(“MNS”) to provide Economic Development Marketing Services to the City of Bell Gardens (“City”). FISCAL IMPACT: If approved, the executed PSA would have a not-to- exceed amount of $60,105 Funds to pay for these services have been allocated and are part of the City’s Adopted 2024-2025 Budget. CONCLUSION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution, approving a Professional Services Agreement with MNS Engineering, Inc., to provide for Economic Development Marketing Services.
