CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF THE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WBCP INC., FOR RECRUITMENT SEARCH SERVICES, IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED OF $7,000 FOR A NEW TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $83,800 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council consider approval of the proposed fourth amendment to the professional services agreement with WBCP Inc., to amend the compensation for recruitment search services and add the recruitment services for a Chief City Clerk, in an amount not to exceed of $7,000, for a new total contract amount of $83,800.
