1. APPROVAL OF FIRST CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES
CENTER FOR ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE FOR CONTINUED OPERATION
OF THE AZUSA RESOURCE CENTER
