8.3 FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 741 ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS
GOVERNING CAMPING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY,
AMENDING CHAPTER 9.106 OF TITLE 9 OF THE LA MIRADA MUNICIPAL CODE,
ADDING SECTION 10.16.065 OF TITLE 10 OF THE LA MIRADA MUNICIPAL CODE, AND
MAKING A DETERMINATION OF EXEMPTION UNDER THE CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT - It is recommended the City Council accept for first
reading Ordinance No. 741 establishing regulations governing camping and storage of
personal property in the City, amending Chapter 9.106 of Title 9 of the La Mirada Municipal
Code, adding Section 10.16.065 of Title 10 of the La Mirada Municipal Code, and making a
determination of exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act, by title only,
and waive further reading.
