Approve Resolution No. 25-037, awarding the Systemic Safety Improvements at Signalized Intersections Project contract to the lowest responsible bidder in an amount of $327,027.00 to PTM General Engineering Services, Inc. and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract; 3.
