Ontario Public Financing Authority consider and adopt a Resolution authorizing the execution and delivery of a Ground Lease, Lease Agreement, Indenture, Bond Purchase Agreement and Assignment Agreement in connection with the issuance of its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2025A, in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $250 million and authorizing the distribution of an Official Statement in connection with the offering and sale of the Bonds and authorizing the execution and delivery of necessary documents in connection therewith.
