26 Planning Case PR-2024-001656 (TM) - Appeal - Uphold appeal by Matthew
Esquivel, Warmington Residential, of Planning Commission denial and approve the
Tentative Tract Map (TM-36713) to subdivide a 9.91-acre parcel into 49 single
family lots (for 46 market rate dwellings and 3 affordable dwellings) situated on the
southeast corner of La Sierra Avenue and Victoria Avenue, in the R-1-1/2 Acre -
Single Family Residential Zone, in Ward 5. Determine the proposed project is
exempt from additional environmental review pursuant to Section 15183 of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as the project is consistent with the
2025 General Plan Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (State
Clearinghouse Number: 2004021108) and its addendums (Community and
