Agreement between the City of Aliso Viejo and Ann Eifert for working out of class

SALES TAX CONSULTING AND AUDITING SERVICES

and Associates for sales tax consulting and auditing services in an amount not-to-
exceed $100,000.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN FINANCIAL
SERVICES TO PREPARE A COMPREHENSIVE FEE STUDY
Recommended Action: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a
Professional Services Agreement with Willdan Financial Services for the
preparation of a comprehensive fee study, in an amount not to exceed $90,400;
and Authorize the appropriation of $40,400 from the General Fund to the
FiscalYear (FY) 2025-26 Budget.
