RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council:

Approve Change Orders 1 through 8 in the total amount of $73,124.23;
AND
B.
Accept Hacienda Road and Avocado Crest Road Traffic Signal and
Safety Striping Highway Safety Improvement Project (HSIP) as
complete; AND
C.
Direct the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles
County Recorder’s Office.

Approve the Fire Department purchase of twenty (20) Phenix Tech Fire
Helmets; AND
B.
Accept the donation of $9,085.63 from the La Habra Heights
Improvement Association (LHHIA); AND
C.
Authorize a budget amendment in the amount of $9,085.63 to the
expenditure account 260-710FIR-6912 for the purchase of fire helmets;
AND
D.
Authorize a budget amendment in the amount of $9,085.63 to account
revenue account 260-000000-4820 for the reimbursement of fire
helmets.
