AGREEMENTS – HEALTH ON WHEELS PROGRAM Staff recommends City Council: a. approve the Health on Wheels agreement with the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District and California State University Long Beach to provide free and accessible basic health care services to children in the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with two automatic renewal terms of one year each thereafter; b. approve the Bailment agreement with Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District, for storage of a motor home vehicle at the Norwalk City Yard from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028; and c. authorize the City Manager to execute the Health on Wheels Program and Bailment agreements and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget, and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in forms approved by the City Attorney.
