RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends City Council approve the award of a Professional
Service Agreement (PSA) with Minagar & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $289,876.50 for
Traffic Signal at Rancho Road and Bellflower Street Improvements; and for Bellflower Street
Improvement Design Services and authorizing the City Manager to sign the agreement on behalf
of the City Council.

SERVICES WITH DATA NET SOLUTIONS (SABA)
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends City Council approve a Professional Service
Agreement (PSA) with Data Net Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $297,006, a one year contract
with two (2) administratively done one year extensions with $297,006 per year cost for Managed
IT Services and Information Technology Consultant Support and authorizing the City Manager to
sign the agreement and approve minor non-substantive amendments consistent with the approved
budget and subject to legal approval on behalf of the City Council.
