APPROVAL OF A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES INTERAGENCY METROPOLITAN APPREHENSION CRIME TASK FORCE (LA IMPACT) AND LOS ANGELES COUNTY PROBATION SERVICES That the City Council: 1) Approve a Memorandum of Agreement with the Los Angeles Interagency Metropolitan Apprehension Crime Task Force (LA IMPACT) and Los Angeles County Probation Services with a termination date of June 30, 2026; and, 2) Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and to approve amendments to the agreement. 20251209 LA County Downey City Council Item 4. APPROVAL OF A SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM That the City Council: Approve an agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and for ongoing Software as a Service (SaaS) for an initial five -year term beginning January 1, 2026 for a total contract amount of $2,647,911, renewing automatically for additional one (1) year renewal terms unless terminated in writing by either party at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then-current renewal term.
