Staff report recommending the Mayor and Council Members approve a three (3)-year Master
Services Agreement (MSA) to provide stage, sound, lighting, and equipment rental services on
an as-needed basis, with the following vendors:
1. Ramirez Productions & Event Rentals, Inc.; and
2. Bright Event, Inc.
Recommendation:

1. Approve Master Services Agreement not to exceed $200,000 annually [total not
to exceed $600,000 (General Fund)].
