CONSIDERATION OF SIXTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH NATIONWIDE
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR STREET SWEEPING SERVICES
It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the Sixth Amendment to the Street
Sweeping Contract with Joe's Sweeping, Inc. dba Nationwide Environmental Services, in
such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
2. Adopt the following resolutions, approving the necessary budget amendments associated
with the Sixth Amendment:

CONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE TRUCK CHASSIS FOR
INSTALLATION OF PAINT TRUCK AIRLESS PUMP SYSTEM
It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:
1. Reject the bid received for Request for Bids (RFB) No. 2025-14.
2. Authorize the purchase of a new 2024 Ford Super Duty F-450 DRW XL 2WD Reg Cab
169" WB 84" CA truck chassis to support the installation of the TPMT Hydraulic Driven
Airless Pump Spray System for roadway striping and pavement marking operations from
Ken Grody Ford in an amount not to exceed $60,478.
3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the purchase order and/or agreement
required for the purchase.
4. In the event the truck chassis is no longer available from Ken Grody Ford at the time of
purchase, authorize the Acting City Manager to purchase a comparable vehicle meeting
the City's specifications provided the purchase price shall not exceed $90,000.
5. Adopt the following resolution:

CONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE SPECIALIZED FLEET VEHICLE BOOM TRUCK
It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Authorize the purchase of one (1) VersaLift SST-40-EIH-02 boom truck from WC
Performance Ford, the lowest responsible bidder, in an amount not to exceed $185,813.
2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the purchase order and/or agreement
required for the purchase of the boom truck.
3. In the event the boom truck is no longer available from WC Performance Ford at the
time of purchase, authorize the Acting City Manager to purchase a comparable vehicle
meeting the City's specifications, provided the purchase price shall not exceed $200,000.
4. Adopt the following resolution:

CONSIDERATION OF EXTENSIONS TO TRANSPORTATION AND LEASE AGREEMENTS
WITH MV TRANSPORTATION, INC.
It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:
1. Approve a one (1) year extension to both the Transportation Services Agreement and the
Lease Agreement with MV Transportation, Inc., extending the terms of both agreements
through September 2, 2026; and
2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to negotiate and execute amendments memorializing
the extensions and the maximum annual cost for the transportation services as outlined in
MV Transportation Inc.'s cost proposal, in such final form as approved by the City
Attorney. |
