RECOMMENDATION:
1. Approve Sourcewell Cooperative Purchase Agreement No. 25C267 with Advexure,
LLC for a two-year term commencing on September 15, 2025, and continuing
through September 14, 2027, with two one-year extension options by mutual consent,
for an amount not to exceed $37,065.94, for the drone docking system to PSPD’s
Drone as First Responder program.
2. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute all necessary documents. |

June 30, 2028.

administration of the City’s Community Workforce Agreement.

RECOMMENDATION:
1. Approve Purchase Agreement 25B215 with PFVT Motors LLC, dba Peoria Ford, for
the procurement of eight (8) all-electric Ford F-150 Lightning trucks in an amount not
to exceed $474,776.24;
2. After delivery of the new vehicles, declare the existing vehicles being replaced as
surplus, and waive the equipment requirements of 7.08.02 (5) of the Palm Springs
Municipal Code and approve the surplus equipment to go straight to auction;
3. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute all necessary documents. |
