A total amount not-to-exceed $260,220 over the term of the First Amendment, from
Concourse/Park Garage Operating Fund. Funds for Fiscal Year 2026- $86,740, were
included in the FY26 External Contracts approved budget, there is no additional financial
impact to the Fiscal Year 2026 budget.
