Recommendation to adopt Specification No. RFP ED-25-534 and award contracts
to Epic Three, LLC, Yorba Linda, CA, H.W. Lochner, Inc., Orange, CA, MNS
Engineers, Inc., Long Beach, CA, and Paragon Partners Consultants, Inc.,
Cypress, CA, for as-needed real estate project management, project development,
and other related services, in a total aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000,
for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year
periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and authorize City Manager, or
designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the contracts, including
any necessary amendments. (Citywide)
