Approve an Independent Contractor Agreement with the Coast Community College District, in the amount of $50,000 paid to the City, for the Strong Workforce Program Transforming Intermediary Partnerships for Student Success, for a term ending June 30, 2026; and authorize the Director of Housing and Community Development, or designee, to execute and administer the agreement and any future modifications; and increase the Housing and Community Development Department’s Fiscal Year 2025/26 budget by $50,000.
