CONCLUSION: Approving the First Amendment of the Agreement would modify the existing scope of services to include the Aquatics Center landscaped areas, and increase the compensation amount. FISCAL IMPACT: Funding for landscape maintenance services is available in the FY 2025/2026 Operating Budget.
