— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 1, following approval as
to form by the City Attorney. |

RECOMMENDED ACTION
— 1. APPROVE contracts for lease of equipment and maintenance with RICOH USA, INC. for
multifunction devices, configuration, maintenance, and support for a total contract amount not
to exceed $307,108.20, for a term of 5 years; and
— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contracts after approval as to form by the City
Attorney. |
