The City was allocated an award amount of $1,000,000 for the Lynwood Senior Center Renovations Project. On July 1, 2025, awarded a contract to Subzero Mechanical for Senior Center HVAC Replacement Project through an informal request for proposal (IRFP) process. However, due to the federal procurement requirements, a formal bid solicitation is required. As a result, staff recommend rejecting the previously identified contractor and authorizing the project to formally go out to bid.
