Ordinance authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to execute the Third Amendment to the
Contract with Christian Moeller Studio LLC, to increase the amount of the Contract by
$171,570 to a total amount not-to-exceed $1,146,570, and extending the Contract through
December 1, 2027, in connection with the Pure Water North City Public Art Project.
