Total Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:
This amendment increases the not-to-exceed amount of the original agreement by
$2,800,000 for an additional two-year period through December 19, 2027, for a total
contract amount of $6,128,500. The General Fund and Transient Occupancy Tax Fund
will be used as funding sources, though this will be supplemented with another fund that
will eventually be created exclusively for Balboa Park improvements, once the parking
revenue materializes.

the Contract pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in the Second Amendment to
the Contract, for Balboa Park Tram Services.
