RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Authorize Staff to maintain an active pool of qualified consultants to provide plan check, inspection, and supplemental Building and Safety services for a period of three (3) years beginning January 1, 2026 with a combined not-to-exceed spending amount of $5,250,000 over the contract period; 2) Approve Agreements for Service with the following consultants to provide as-needed plan check, inspection, and supplemental services: a) TRB Plus Associates, b) True North Compliance Services, c) 4 Leaf Inc, d) JAS Pacific, e) Degenkolb Engineers.
