Annexing Territory to Community Facilities District No. 2017-1 (Services) (Annexation No. 4)
— Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No 26-3078, Calling a Special Election and Submitting to
the Qualified Electors of Territory Proposed to be Annexed to the City of Artesia, Community
Facilities District No. 2017-1 (Services), County of Los Angeles, State of California the Question of
Levying Special Taxes Within That Territory (Annexation No. 4);
— Adopt Resolution No. 26-3079, Acting in Its Capacity as the Legislative Body of City of Artesia,
Community Facilities District No. 2017-1 (Services), County of Los Angeles, State of California,
Declaring the Results of a Special Election in Such Community Facilities District on the
Proposition of the Annual Levy of Special Taxes Within the Territory Proposed to be Annexed to
Said Community Facilities District to Pay the Cost of Certain Services to be Provided by the
Community Facilities District, Determining That the Territory Proposed to be Annexed is Added to
and Part of Said Community Facilities District With Full Legal Effect, and Ordering the Recording
of a Map of the Boundaries of Said Community Facilities District Including the Territory Annexed
Thereto (Annexation No. 4); and
— Waive Full Reading and Introduce Ordinance No. 26-983, Authorizing the Levy of Special Taxes
in a Community Facilities District, Including Certain Annexation Territory Identified as Annexation
No. 4 Into City of Artesia, Community Facilities District No. 2017-1 (Services) |
