20250520 LA County San Gabriel City Council Order of Business 4 F. COUNTYWIDE HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS COLLECTION PROGRAM SITING LIABILITY AGREEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY The County of Los Angeles and the Sanitation District of Los Angeles have scheduled Saturday, July 19, 2025, to co-host the Annual Countywide Household Hazardous and Electronic Waste Collection Event at the Mission Playhouse Parking Lot in San Gabriel. There is no fiscal impact associated with executing this Agreement. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as defined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines. Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the Countywide Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program Siting Liability Agreement.
