subsequent amendments, with South Coast Fire Equipment, Inc., a distributor of
Oshkosh Corporation, of Ontario, CA, for the purchase of a Pierce Enforcer Urban
Search and Rescue (USAR) unit, with related equipment and accessories, on the
same terms and conditions afforded to Sourcewell (Contract No. 082025-PMI), in a
total amount not to exceed $1,864,149, inclusive of taxes and fees; until the
Sourcewell contract expires on December 8, 2029, with the option to renew for as
long as the Sourcewell contract is in effect. (Citywide)
