(060020) Recommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-058 approving a six (6) month time extension for Site Plan Review (SPR-23-0015), Design Review Case (DRB-23-0015) and categorical exemption pursuant to CEQA guidelines 15332 (In-fill Development Projects) for the construction of a new 4-story, 46 unit affordable housing project with 68 parking spaces and a 5,272 SF park at 1368-1376 Holly Avenue & 1368 14th Street (APN-633-161-14-00, 633-16113-00, 633-161-12-00) subject to the conditions as specified in the resolution (Attachment 1 to the staff report).
