In 2020, City of Lancaster staff started work on the preparation of the Parkway Village Specific Plan to allow for a mixed-use area with a variety of housing types, commercial uses, and community amenities. Aspen Environmental Group was hired at this time to prepare the associated environmental documents including a Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (EIR).
