Introduce and approve the first reading of an Ordinance entitled : ORDINANCE NO._____ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTERS 15.08, 15.12, 15.16, 15.18, 15.20, 15.22, 15.24, 15.28, 15.32, 15.38 AND 15.52 OF THE WILDOMAR MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT THE 2025 EDITION OF THE CALIFORNIA BUILDING STANDARDS CODE (CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS, TITLE 24, PARTS 2 THROUGH 12, INCLUSIVE), WITH SPECIFIED APPENDICES, AND INCLUDING ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO. 2.
