Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C2556, by and between the City of San Clemente and Ocean Blue Environmental Services, Inc., providing for Hazardous Waste Response, Cleanup, Removal and Disposal Environmental On-Call Services, in an amount no to exceed $120,000 for the first three years, with two additional one-year options. 3. Authorize the City Manager to administratively approve up to two, one-year extensions to the Agreement that do not exceed the City Council approved budgeted amounts for each fiscal year. 4.
