Recommendations for Council action: 1. DETERMINE that the issuance of a liquor license at Full Stop Market, located at 2876 South Bundy Drive, will serve the Public Convenience or Necessity and will not tend to create a law enforcement problem. 2. ADOPT the following order and letter designation request for the single ballot measures to be placed on the June 2, 2026 State of California Primary Election: 1st Measure: APPLYING CANNABIS BUSINESS TAXES TO UNLICENSED CANNABIS BUSINESSES.
