The Ordinance is exempt pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Sections 15301 (categorical exemption for existing facilities) and 15303 (categorical exemption for new construction or conversion of small structures); and, that none of the exceptions under 15300.2 apply. 2. PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE dated October 31, 2025 amending Section 105.03 of Article V, Chapter X of the LAMC regarding the location and zoning restrictions for Existing Medical Marijuana Dispensaries engaged in licensed Commercial Cannabis Activity. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the City Attorney.
