20251118 San Diego County Carlsbad City Council Item 10.28.130, 10.28.270, 10.28.810 and 10.28.997 to establish all-way stop control at the intersections of Jefferson Street and Oak Avenue, Madison Street and Chestnut Avenue, Roosevelt Street and Chestnut Avenue, and Madison Street and Magnolia Avenue. (Staff contact: John Kim, Public Works) City Manager’s Recommendation: Introduce the ordinance. PUBLIC HEARINGS: 10. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FY 2026-27 FUNDING PLAN AND NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY – 1) Hold a public hearing; and 2) Adoption of a resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Community Development Block Grant Funding Plan and authorizing the release of a Notice of Funding Availability for Fiscal Year 2026-27 projects.
