(INTRODUCTION) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM adding Chapter 6.103 (Nitrous Oxide) to Title 6 of the Anaheim Municipal Code (Public Health and Safety) to regulate the sale of Nitrous Oxide to prevent illegal and recreational use in order to protect public health and safety [includes determination that the proposed amendments are not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines under Sections 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3), 15378, and 15061(b)(3) of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations].
