After activating the DAZL, the project will conform with both the General Plan and applicable zoning. The Project site has no value as habitat for endangered, rare or threatened species. The technical studies prepared for the Project demonstrate there will not be any significant environmental effects relating to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality. Finally, the Project can be adequately served by all required utilities and public services.
