— 1. Waive full reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1267, "An Ordinance of the City Council of the
City of Brea Granting a Pipeline Franchise to Crimson California Pipeline, L.P.," by title only and
approve a California Environmental Quality Act exemption determination;
— 2. Appropriate any revenues received as part of this franchise in the Fiscal Year 2025-26
Operating Budget; and
— 3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the current faithful performance bond upon acceptance
of the new faithful performance bond once notification is received from the Public Works
Department. |

— 1. Introduce by title only and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 1272, "An Ordinance of
the City Council of the City of Brea Amending the Brea City Code to Reestablish Parking
Restrictions on Public Streets for Street Sweeping Purposes and Approving a CEQA Exemption
Determination"; and
— 2. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-013 establishing regular days and streets upon which street
sweeping will occur, and establishing a fine amount for violation of the Ordinance, all as required
therein. |
