Recommendation of the Chief of Police and Public Works Director that City Council:
1. Adopt an ORDINANCE amending the Torrance Municipal Code sections 49.2.7, 62.1.1, 62.1.2,
62.1.3, 62.1.4, and 62.1.8, repealing sections 62.1.9, 62.1.10, 62.1.11, 62.1.12, 62.1.13, 62.2.1,
62.2.2, 62.2.3, 62.2.4, 62.2.5, 62.2.6, 62.2.8, 62.2.9,62.2.10, 62.2.11, and 62.2.12, and adding
sections 62.1.14, 62.1.15, and 62.1.16 of the Torrance Municipal Code; and
2. Approve an ordinance summary for publication.
