MONTENEGRO]: SUBJECT: The City Council will receive an overview of a proposed Inclusionary Housing Ordinance ("IHO") update, a key implementation program of the City’s 6th Cycle Housing Element. The report presents findings from the recent economic feasibility study (ATTACHMENT A) and staff’s recommended policy changes designed to better coordinate the IHO with State Density Bonus Law (SDBL), improve consistency with State income limits, and strengthen affordable housing production citywide. Staff requests that the City Council provide policy direction to update the City's local Inclusionary Housing Ordinance.
