Authorize the purchase of the four (4) vehicles utilizing Montebello Municipal Code Section 3.20.050(F) Cooperative Purchase, through Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #032824-OLA (Attachment B); and, 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents related to the purchase of four vehicles and charging equipment; and, 4. Amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by increasing appropriations by $200,000 in Account No. 24599-6082 (AQMD, Vehicle Purchases) and $45,000 in Account No. 245-99-6010.10 (AQMD, Machinery and Equipment); and, 5.
