Authorize the City Manager, or Chief of Police, to sign and approve all documents, purchase, or contractual modifications or adjustments; and 5. Consider and approve the presentation of this purchase and identification of the funding source before the local governing body (Honorable Mayor and City Council) as following the guidelines set forth in State of California Assembly Bill 481 pertaining to the acquisition or intended use of military type equipment.
