Staff evaluated that the HVAC system at the Lynwood Senior Citizen Center was not operating properly and efficiently. This is of high priority due to the Senior Center daily operation and activities to maintain a desirable temperature threshold especially during the summer months. Staff recommends that City Council award a contract to Subzero Mechanical in the amount of $165,000.
