Hunter & Associates, Inc. for National Pollutant Elimination System (NDPES) permit compliance services and Safe, Clean Water (SCW) Program services for an initial term of two (2) years, with three optional one (1) year extensions, in an annual amount not to exceed $90,000, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
