Award RFP #SP2666-CM to Z&K Consultants, Inc. for construction management services for the FY 2024/25 Annual Water, Wastewater, and Non-Potable Water Main Replacement Project and the FY 2025/26 Annual Paving Project for the Public Works Department; and 5. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Z&K Consultants, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 over a three-year period with future funding contingent on Council budget approval. 6.
