Development
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council:
Opens the public hearing and receives testimony;
1.
Closes the public hearing;
2.
Moves to adopt the next Resolution, in order, APPROVING the CEQA
Determination of Exemption;
3.
Moves to adopt the next Resolution, in order, APPROVING Planned Unit
Development No. 2025-0001, subject to conditions; and
4.
Moves to adopt the next Resolution, in order, APPROVING Tentative
Subdivision Map No. 2025-0014, subject to conditions.
