In October 2024, Staff recommended to award a 3-year contract to one of the proposing firms, however, a bid protest was filed with the City, and this item was tabled until a bid protest investigation was completed. The bid protest investigation was completed in August 2025. Due the length of time that has pasted from the solicitation of RFPs, staff recommend rejecting all bids.
