AND SEWER UTILITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND PROVIDING A FIXED
BIMONTHLY DISCOUNT OF $40 FOR ELIGIBLE RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS

Mayor's urgency appointment. Requests may also be made of staff for reports
which will be presented to the City Council at a subsequent meeting, or for the
scheduling of future agenda items. There will be no discussion or action taken on
any of the items that may be presented during this agenda item, except to cancel
