Amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by increasing appropriations by $13,394 in Account No. 255-50500-6046 (CDBG, Community Development, Administration); and 3. Adopt Resolution No. 25-70 approving the Fiscal Year 2024-25 draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER); and 4.
