petition for an “Ordinance to Amend the Inglewood Fire Code to permit the sale and use of

Recommendation:
1. Receive and file; and
2. Adopt the Ordinance, without alteration, in accordance with Elections Code
Section 9215(a);
3. Submit the Ordinance, without alteration, to the voters pursuant to Elections
Code Sections 9215(b) for the previously called June 2, 2026 Statewide
Direct Primary Election; or
4. Refer the Ordinance to City staff to prepare a report in accordance with
Elections Code Section 9215(c).
