STAFF ORAL COMMENTS Comments: On December 22, 2025, the City conducted a public bid opening for the Lynwood Natatorium Pool Resurfacing Project. Following evaluation of the bids received, staff determined that National Pools, Inc. is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Staff recommends that City Council award a construction contract to National Pools, Inc. in the amount of $229,500 for the Lynwood Natatorium Pool Resurfacing Project (CIP Project No. 4011.68.113) and authorize execution of the agreement to proceed with this essential facility improvement.
